Should you talk to an insurance company after a truck accident?

There’s a lot of risks associated with that. If it’s the trucking company’s insurance carrier, there’s a lot of risks. When they reach out to someone who’s been injured by their truck, their trailer, their driver, they’re going to look too, in many situations, take advantage of that person if they’re unrepresented. So, our recommendation is talk to a lawyer. It’s free. We work on contingency only, we never take money from clients upfront or hourly. And we only recover money for the Firm if we recover money for the client first. So, it’s really important in that situation to protect your rights, to know your rights. At least talk to a lawyer – even if you don’t hire ’em, talk to them first. And that’s always our recommendation.
